Born in St. Petersburg, Olya graduated from Faculty of Arts, St. Petersburg State University. While already working on abstract paintings. Olya fell in love with video industry and thus enrolled into Prague Film School and later on — into Moscow Film School. As a commercial director, she uses colorblock aesthetic, where colorcoding is one of the main storytelling methods.

In February, 2022, art became therapy for a lot of artists. Therefore the "And here the flowers will bloom" series came to life. It speaks of calmness and hope and centers around the vase with flowers as the main focus of visual research. The series has a strong influence of Zhostovo, Tagil and Gzhel traditional handicraft.

"And here the flowers will bloom" series was created solely for Olya’s personal exhibition in Space Place gallery, that took place in August, 2022.

Olya lives and works in Moscow.
